Lisa-Jean Sylvia, MNO, GPCC

Lisa-Jean Sylvia (she/her/hers) is a consultant, facilitator, and coach. The core of her work is centered on the belief that the world is a better place when everyone has a chance to contribute. Much of Lisa-Jean's work has focused on supporting organizations that want to listen to and collaborate with the community. Her work also includes strategic planning, evaluation, training, coaching, project management, program design, and implementation.

In 2016, she launched Upward Spiral, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals, organizations and communities discover, develop & celebrate strengths. Lisa-Jean provides training in Appreciative Inquiry, Asset Based Community Development, Community Network Building, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Previously, she served as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University, where she also earned a Master of Nonprofit Organizations. She is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach and a proud partner of Equius Group.
