Erin McIntyre

Consultant & Communications Manager

Erin McIntyre (she/her/hers) is equal parts serious and silly. She is an avid seeker of justice and joy and strives to create spaces and experiences where people feel they belong. She believes organizations will thrive when they see, value, and respect the full humanity of their employees.

 

Erin is an experienced non-profit professional who has spent over 20 years working for local and international non-profit organizations in education, health and human services, community development, and philanthropy. Building relationships and community are at the core of her work. She is civically engaged and has served on several Boards of Directors for local and national non-profits.

 

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology from the University of Dayton. She is a certified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and has studied racial equity through PRISM: A Racial Equity Learning Lab led by Equius Group’s founder, Erica Merritt and the Groundwater Approach through the Racial Equity Institute. She successfully completed The Land’s community journalism program in 2022.

 

Joy, hospitality, and truth telling are non-negotiables for her.
